Our Shipping Policy
We already notify you by e-mail of the status of the products you have purchased. However, after our team has placed the order of the products you have purchased with the manufacturer, the shipping process starts between the dates that the company has given us.

We are ready to ship any day of the week. We inform you when your products are on their way and we want you to be at the order address during delivery and installation. On some days of the week, many sites and/or apartments do not want shipping companies to enter the site and/or apartment. We welcome this situation. That's why we plan the transportation of the products together before they leave and we hope that you will be available in the appropriate time slots.

Our Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation Procedure
Article 1: Our products start to be prepared on the same day or the next day when you place an order. For this reason, we kindly request you to inform us of your cancellation status within 3 working days at the latest from the date of ordering.
Item 2: We cannot cancel products with special size/fabric/color changes (if the 3 working days specified in Item 1: have passed).
Article 3: If the production of your order has been completed and your order has been given to the Cargo or Logistics (Transport) company, it cannot be canceled. In such a case, the cargo that comes to you should not be accepted and should be returned. You can use your right of return when the required return reaches Odasen (unless it is a special order specified in Article 2).
Article 4: If you have placed an order with a forward delivery date, your right to give up the products/products free of charge is 3 working days from the date you place the order.
Article 5: In case of cancellation of your future orders, a fee of 100 TL is allocated per month in which each product is kept in stock.
Article 6: For orders whose discount coupons with a lower limit are used, if any product in the order is canceled, if the remaining order amount does not meet the lower limit, the current campaign will be disabled and your refund will be made according to the remaining amount (in cases of cancellation not originating from Odasen).
Article 7: You have the right to cancel free of charge until 2 days before the expiry of the production period of standard products that do not have special size / fabric / color changes. After this period, you can cancel the products sent by Logistics (Transport) for a cancellation fee of 250 TL.
Article 8: Your refund will be made within 7 working days after your cancellation request is received, if it complies with the cancellation conditions.
Article 9: The cancellation conditions stated above are valid for the purchases made through our website. We kindly ask you to contact your sales consultant regarding the cancellation of the purchases made in our stores.
Return Procedure
Article 1: You have the right to return the product within 14 days, except for the following situations.
Article 1a: Special order: Personalized fabric covering, foot color change, size change, corner direction change, etc. If there are such cases, the product cannot be returned.
Article 1b: Hygienic products: Due to their nature, they are personalized products, and such products cannot be returned due to hygiene rules. (beds, pillows, etc.)
Article 1c: The products that have been installed: The installation that comes disassembled; Products made by our teams, professional installation teams or our customers cannot be returned.
Item 2: Products that are not returned with their original packaging are not refunded. If the original package is not available, we request that you pack the product in such a way that it will not be damaged while being transported by Cargo or Logistics (Shipping).
Article 3: If the product has a manufacturing problem, you can return the product free of charge within 30 days. In order to find out if there is a production error, we kindly ask you to forward the visual and written details that will be required to be forwarded to the production units when requested by you.
Article 4: In the arbitrary return of the products for which the shipping cost has been taken, the shipping fee is not refunded. You have the right to return the products for which the shipping fee has not been charged, for a 25% return shipping fee.
Article 5: End-of-series products cannot be returned. For this reason, we kindly request you to carefully check the detailed information about our end-of-series products on the product detail page.
Article 6: We indicate the product dimensions on our site, since the size does not fit your house, returns are excluded from our return conditions. Please, before purchasing the product, we kindly ask you to check the product dimensions, whether it can be carried in your apartment, whether it fits in your room, whether it passes through the door, before ordering.
Article 7: For products sent by courier, we kindly request you to inspect the product package for damage during product delivery. If there is any damage to the product package or the product, you should attach a "Damage Determination Report" to the cargo officer and do not receive the product. Or if you give up the product without opening it when it arrives to you (However, this is possible except for the cases mentioned above. In other words, the product did not change color, special size, etc.) If you do not receive the product, you can return it to the courier company. Article 8: After your refund is received by Odasen; It will be made within 7 working days if it is undamaged and in accordance with the return conditions, except for the cases you have stated before.
Article 9: The above-mentioned return conditions are valid for purchases made through our website. We kindly ask you to contact your sales consultant regarding the returns of the purchases made in our stores.
Exchange Procedure
Article 1: If you have not received your product and you want to use your right to change, you must first request a cancellation for the product you purchased (in accordance with the cancellation terms).
Article 1a: If your change request complies with the cancellation conditions; your order is canceled and your new order is processed.
Article 1b: If the price of the product you have changed is higher than the price of the product you want to replace it, Kargılı Furniture will refund the price difference in the same way you made the payment when creating a new order.
Article 1c: If the price of the product you changed is less than the price of the product you want to replace, your new order will be created after you pay the price difference.
Article 2: After ordering for upholstered products (seats, sofas, corner sets, armchairs, etc.), we can process your request to change the color of the product on the day you place the order or until the next day at the latest. If you have a color change request afterward, we can do it in return for the previous "fabric and labor cost" + "new fabric and labor cost".
Article 3: You have received the product and you want to use your right to change; You must first return the product you purchased to Odasen (in accordance with the Return Policy).
Article 3a: If your exchange request complies with the return conditions, after the return of the product you previously bought reaches Odasen, the order for the new product you want to buy is placed.
Article 3b: If the price of the product you have changed is more than the price of the product you want to replace, Odasen creates a new order after receiving your product and returns the price difference in the same way as you made the payment.
Article 3c: If the price of the product you changed is less than the price of the product you want to replace, Odasen will receive your product and create your new order after you pay the price difference.
